Crystal healing is a holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. The technique uses precisely placed crystals either on and/or around the physical body. Crystals may also be laid in precise geometric patterns (grids) within the environment.
Crystals take millions of years to form underground. The way crystals are formed (by repeating chemical structures) is believed by some to imbue them with the ability to hold energies. There are different types of crystals, depending on the type of mineral it’s made from and the conditions it grows in. These differences are thought to change the effect the crystal has energetically.
Crystals absorb, direct, detoxify, shift and diffuse energy as they interact with the electromagnetic forces and subtle vibrations within the subtle human or environmental energy field. In the context of crystal healing, illness is dis-ease, the final manifestation of spiritual, environmental, psychological, emotional, mental, karmic, or ancestral imbalance or distress. Healing means bringing mind, body, spirit and environment back into harmony, restoring the body’s natural rhythm and equilibrium. The main influence for healing is the chakra philosophy of disease caused by energy imbalances.
Each crystal has a vibrating frequency which connects with the frequency of the respective chakra that is unbalanced, and thus brings a balance to the physical body.
During my treatment, I also use Satnam Rasayan techniques, breathwork, sound healing, guided meditation and shamanic cleasing and purification ritual.
All these tools together bring a state of complete relaxation and often healing.
In just one session you can feel a great result and a big energy shift.
But the the whole treatment includes 4 or 8 sessions.
