It is a pleasure to have you experience RAMA! Our jewelry is exclusive and delicate and needs to be taken care of with affection. Each crystal is unique and cared for until it reaches you.

If you have any questions before purchasing the product, please contact us and we can clarify your doubt.

Our intention is to see you happy with your crystal and jewelry!


Once an order is placed and processed, no changes can be made to that order.

If the item received is damaged, we ask that you provide us with an email that includes a picture of the defective item, CLEARLY showing the defect, and your order number, within five (5) business days from the date of delivery. We will then determine if the client is eligible for a return or exchange by responding to the email within forty-eight (48) business hours. The item must be unworn with all of its original packaging.

We are NOT responsible for return shipping costs or duty fees.

If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Upon receipt, inspection, and qualification of the return, we will process the return or exchange.

and Refunds

For Exchanges:

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the replacement item is shipped.

For Refunds:

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in three to seven (3-7) business days, depending on your bank. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.



If for any reason we are forced to refund a cancelled order or item, the client will forfeit processing fees of at least 60%.
