REFUND/
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that circumstances may arise that require participants to cancel their attendance at the retreat. However, due to the collaboration we have with the venue and the nature of our accommodations, and the closeness of retreat, we have established the following refund/cancellation policy:
1. Ticket Purchases:
Once a ticket is purchased for the retreat, it is considered non-refundable and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. This policy is in place due to the commitments we have made to the venue and the non-refundable nature of our accommodations.
2. Exceptions:
In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, participants may request consideration for a partial refund. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to Rama Crystals with supporting documentation, such as a doctor's note or other relevant evidence. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of the retreat organizers.
3. Transfer of Ticket:
If a participant is unable to attend the retreat, they may transfer their ticket to another individual. The new participant must meet all eligibility requirements and agree to the terms and conditions of the retreat. The original ticket holder must notify the retreat organizers in writing of the transfer, providing the full name and contact information of the new participant.
4. No Show Policy:
Participants who do not attend the retreat without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or credit towards future events. It is the responsibility of the participant to inform the retreat organizers in advance if they are unable to attend.
5. Changes to Retreat Dates or Location:
In the unlikely event that the retreat dates or location need to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible. If the new dates or location are not suitable for a participant, they may request a full refund of their ticket purchase.
6. Force Majeure:
The retreat organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.
