Over these years I have been studying and experiencing many different tools for expanding consciousness, healing trauma and kundalini energy. Through my experience I create a special moment consolidating everything that represents me. This workshop is where I can include Kundalini Yoga, meditations, Chakra Dance, breathwork , Cacao and Crystals. Always focusing on an objective which can be prosperity, heart chakra, creativity, shakti energy, healing and more.
The workshops can last from 2:30 to 4 hours. I love to share with other teachers as well.
Together we enhance healing and hold the space with more power.
